Salmon tagliatelle

  1. Put tagliatelle in a pan of boiling lightly salted water and cook according to the instructions minus 1 minute till go time.
  2. Cut salmon into pieces and fry on a frying pan until it is ready. Add tomatoes, spinach and cook for a couple of minutes more.
  3. Lay out cream cheese and tagliatelle to vegetables, salt, pepper, strew with parmesan and stew for 2 minutes.
  4. Strew with herbs before serving.
