  1. Cook pasta in lightly salted water until "al dente".
  2. Fry snap peas and broccoli in olive oil for 7 minutes.
  3. Add pasta to vegetables and fry for some more minutes until done.
  4. Chop herbs and lay out on a frying pan, add some mascarpone and stew for a couple of minutes.
  5. Sauce pasta before serving.
