  1. Fry finely chopped onions and garlic on olive oil in a thick bottom pan.
  2. Put green peas in a pan and fry for several minutes.
  3. Pour the broth to vegetables, bring to a boil, lower fire, cover it and cook the soup for 5-6 minutes more.
  4. Get the soup off the stove, cool it a bit, add some spices, salt, cream cheese and blend with a blender.
  5. Place some boiled mussels and peas above and decorate with herbs before serving.
