  1. Grind cookies, pour in melted butter and mix.
  2. Densely tamp cookies in the bottom of a form and bake for 10 minutes at 160 °C, allow to cool.
  3. Whip cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add cream and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour in cheese on the cheesecake basis, bake for 80 minutes at 160 °C. Leave in oven for an hour.
  5. Cool ready cheesecake within 6–8 hours.
  6. Decorate with any berries and add chocolate topping before serving.
