Zucchini gratin

  1. Cut zucchini into half rings and steam, put in the colander and cool.
  2. Whip eggs and cream cheese, add salt, pepper, finely chopped herbs and garlic.
  3. Lay out some zucchini and peas in the oiled form, strew with 100 g of grated parmesan and pour in egg and cheese mixture.
  4. Repeat a layer from zucchini and peas, strew with the rest of parmesan from above.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
  6. Decorate with herbs before serving.
